Students, welcome to Strasbourg!

Strasbourg loves its students
Every year, Strasbourg welcomes thousands of students from all over France—both mainland and overseas territories—as well as from many other countries.
Some study in the heart of the European capital, while others study in neighboring towns such as Schiltigheim, Illkirch-Graffenstaden, or Lingolsheim, which are fully involved in the region’s academic life.
The “Strasbourg Loves Its Students” initiative is coordinated by the Student Life Unit of the Higher Education, Research, and Innovation Department of the City and Eurometropolis of Strasbourg. Its goal: to support, inform, and promote student life throughout the region.
